Responsibilities
*Lead, establish, develop and provide insight and expertise for portfolio, programme and project management.
*Drive continuous improvement of practices and tools which support change.
*Develop, communicate and plan for impending policy changes or interdependencies which may impact service delivery, highlighting areas of concern with appropriate remedies so that the portfolio is protected against risk and services are effectively supported.
*Develop, provide guidance and consultancy on and ensure framework, standards and practices followed by portfolio, programmes and projects.
*Deploy support tools or escalate the need for development interventions where appropriate so that effective standards and skills are in place to support business change and governance.
*Maintain report and analyse against key performance indicators within the change portfolio.

Key responsibilities:
The BA/Senior administrator will be required to focus on supporting the Business Acceptance project. The BA/Senior administrator will be required to support various business lines and enterprise programmes in writing, validating and in some cases reviewing business acceptance and business readiness documentation for approval. This will require collection of programme documentation and evidence from different sources and merge/cross-referencing information for review. The resulting documents will then be presented to a formal governance process for challenge and approval.
The BA/Senior administrator will also need to support the governance process around acceptance and will involve management of workshops, governance meetings, action tracking, taking minutes, production of status reports and production of management information reports.

We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our Operations team on a fixed term contract covering Maternity leave for 15 months with one months handover. Ideally we would like someone to start with us in August/early September 2017. The role also has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
You will have experience in Project Management. Working collaboratively in a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Client Service Managers you will deliver several concurrent projects to time, budget and quality standard. You will need to demonstrate successful project delivery ideally in a supplier/software house environment using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. We require you to be client facing, highly organised and a strong leader. Ideally you will have Prince 2 or Agile qualifications or be working towards them.
