Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
We are currently working with a great organisation, looking for someone who has experience in the telecommunications sector implementing software solutions, including BSS from inception to post-implementation support.
This is a Management, client facing position which will involve overseas travel and requires someone who is self-sufficient, can provide initiative and is confident with having overall commercial responsibility for the projects including resource management.
The right person will be working with a core team and will take ownership of customer satisfaction and quality levels across various clients.
This position supports the project management team in the execution and delivery of all aspects of a project through to completion. As a Manager, the role is a nucleus for managing clients, managing up (working with senior management) and managing down (mentoring and guiding junior members to success). This Manager will work in a collaborative manner with internal resources, lead client communications, and demonstrate effective project management skills including coordination, documentation and execution. Perform tasks in Relativity as directed by the client or senior members of the team.
Communicate clearly, effectively and timely with clients and internal stakeholders.
Full understanding and practical application of the EDRM, database design and management, data processing activities, legal document review requirements and data privacy.
Work at the direction of and in collaboration with the senior members of the team in order to complete project tasks as defined by the client and/or senior members.
Provide project reporting and summaries, perform analysis of reporting, track client requests to completion, communication logs, project budget tracking, statistical reporting on client data
Supervise, mentor and coach junior members of the team, and delegates tasks appropriately
Ensures client satisfaction through effective coordination and communication with the client.
Willingness to support clients and team members which may necessitate availability in early mornings, evenings and weekends, as needed.
Manage multiple simultaneous projects.
Education, Skills and Experience
Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal or industry experience is required.
Degree or equivalent qualification required.
Knowledge of and experience working in Relativity is required; RCA or other kCura certification preferred.
Previous management experience required (if filling a people management role).
Technical aptitude and financial acuity.
Project management experience in the legal or eDiscovery industries where this has involved interacting with external clients via email, phone and in-person.
Ability to lead multiple projects, prioritise and carry out multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Must have previous experience of following complex/detailed processes.
Clear written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate with individuals at all levels.
Use of strong independent judgment and decision-making skills to effectively and efficiently manage clients, projects, expectations and deliverables.
Ability to work autonomously, take direction, and also to be effective within a team environment.
