Our Tier 1 client possesses a universally recognised testing practice and is currently expanding their capabilities due to ongoing positive performance. In order to sustain this exciting growth, they require Senior Manager - Test (Software Testing, Capital Markets, Financial Services, Business Development, Test Strategy) to come on board and deliver elite level testing services to an array of tier 1 clients within the Financial Sector whilst contributing to the overall direction of the practice.

Senior Manager - Test (Software Testing, Capital Markets, Financial Services, Business Development, Test Strategy)

Individuals who will be successful in this challenging, success driven environment will have come from a Head of Test/QA Manager (or similar) background with proven success in consultancy. Taking charge of some of the most promising talent in the country, as a Senior Manager - Test (Software Testing, Capital Markets, Financial Services, Business Development, Test Strategy) you will advise clients of issue identification and recommended direction, as well as outlining the most suitable strategy to ensure clients remain at the pinnacle of their market, whilst steering your accomplished team throughout the process to ensure client specification is not just met, but exceeded.

Aside from testing responsibilities, you will also contribute significantly to the direction and success of the company through business development. Creating business proposals and executing successful bids, you will continue to grow the client base of this already established testing practice ensuring their position within the testing space continuously enhances.

This position encompasses more than purely testing, but instead an individual who can combine business acumen and technical knowledge to deliver solutions that sit head and shoulders above any competitors.

In order to assist this continuous expansion, we are requiring individuals with the following requirements

  • Proven success implementing and delivering large scale testing solutions within Financial Services/Capital Markets
  • Advanced knowledge of software testing (Integration, automation, UAT, performance) and management processes
  • Ability to establish and maintain successful, long term client relationships with the view to developing business.
  • A passion for success and continuous improvement

One of the UK's leading technology consulting firm are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to join their team in Bristol working on-site at a globally recognised organisation in the city. The company in question are running a number of major IT software development and wider technology programmes for this client and require forward thinking, IT focused Systems Analysts to join the team immediately. 

Our client is looking for Systems Analyst's with a strong background gathering requirements and working on enterprise level engagements with blue chip organisations typically with a strong technology/software bias. Projects will typically be very large and complex and tend to be delivered in an agile fashion. You will have full end to end experience and an expert knowledge of the SDLC as well as understanding various delivery methods, particularly agile/iterative. Experience working for or in the retail, FS, oil & gas or related blue chip space would be beneficial.

In order to be considered for the Systems Analyst role you will have: 

- 5+ Years Business/Systems Analysis experience working in large scale, enterprise environments 
- Experience of working on complex, mission critical software/infrastructure based projects within blue chip organisations 
- Strong understanding of the full SDLC & Agile delivery 
- Experience with business process analysis and re-engineering using GAP analysis 
- Strong knowledge of UML and process modelling 
- Ideally experience working in the consultancy sector 
- Strong experience dealing with tough business focused stakeholders 
- Definition, support and execution of UAT 
- First class communication and problem solving skills

The company in question are running a number of major IT software development and wider technology programmes for a major FTSE 100 client and require forward thinking, IT focused Business Analysts to join the team immediately. The roles will involve working on a range of technology programmes for their clients locally and will typically be highly innovative and complex in make up. 

Our client is looking for Lead Business Analyst's with ideally a technical background and strong understanding of software and technology focused projects/progs. You will have exposure to working with software development, technical architecture, test and related technically focused teams as well as key business stakeholders. It is essential that you have a strong tech background and full understanding of both architecture frameworks, SDLC and alike. The Business Analyst role is also a highly client focused and facing role and requires the ability to both present to key stakeholders and communicate effectively in highly pressurised and fast-moving environments. 

In order to be considered for the Lead Business Analyst role you will have: 

- 5-10 Years Business/Systems Analysis experience working in large scale, enterprise environment
- Experience of leading teams and other BA's
- Experience in teh Banking/FS sector 
- Experience of working on complex software/technology focused projects
- Strong understanding for the full SDLC 
- Experience working closely with architecture design, development and testing teams 
- Client facing experience or wider consultancy experience would be highly beneficial 
- Strong experience dealing with tough business focused stakeholders 
- Definition, support and execution of UAT 
- First class communication and problem solving skills
