Job Description:
Experience working with scale-out, distributed file systems like Red Hat Ceph Storage, Red Hat Cluster Storage, and Nutanix
Linux operating system installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance experience is a big plus
Good understanding of Linux tools with an emphasis on SystemTap, ftrace, strace, Wireshark, GDB, and crash
Deep knowledge of file system standards, including POSIX specifications
Experience with tcpdump analysis and network filing system protocols
Commitment to providing the most effective expertise doable for Red Hat’s customers
Ability to browse and perceive advanced multi-threaded kernel and user area code and relate it back to client problems
Solid development-level expertise with C and knowledge writing patches

They need someone with strong Sys admin skill with:
. Load balancers and web Servers. Managing and configuring Nginx, Apache, HA Proxy etc.
. Debugging network issues using common open source tools (tcpdump, wireshark etc).
. Configuration management (infrastructure as code) and version control.
. Demonstrate strong ability in UNIX Shell Scripting.
. Able to effectively use monitoring systems (eg Nagios, Zenoss) and other reporting tools
It would also be highly advantageous to have hands on MongoDB or NoSQL experience.
