Senior API Developer (C#/SQL)

£40000 - £55000 + Package.
Your New Company
This technology driven company are seeking an addition senior developer to join their Agile delivery team based in Poole. The company are putting significant investment into their main product and are projecting 100% headcount growth within 12 months.
We need a C# developer (minimum 2 years) with a distinct interest in Back End work surrounding API's. You will also require heavy SQL knowledge, (tuning, concurrency, speed of access).
Your New Role
This is predominantly a hands-on position working to support the development of a cloud based platform for the storage of information. As the company grows a team lead position is realistic but your passion now should remain with core development work.
You will be part of an established Group that have been in business for over 20 years, employed by a product development company running as their own entity. There is a large roadmap in place meaning that there is immediate new development work to begin from day 1. You will be working on a quality, sustainable product and will have involvement from design right through to implementation.
The company operate a flat structure and run Agile so multi-skilled developers interested in cross working and sharing knowledge will suit the business. The developers are handed a lot of control and you should consider yourself capable of self-management. Project work will be both team and individually based.
What you'll need to succeed
This is a hybrid position requiring SQL Skills (T-SQL, SQL Server 2012, database schema design) and OO C# skills (SOLID design principles. .NET 4.5). We want people who are passionate about developing and working on the API elements/subroutines of projects.
If you have experience working with secure data and working to compliance standards such as ISO accreditations this will be highly advantageous.
It is essential that you are a strong communicator as knowledge shares and collaboration are part of the daily routine.
