The primary responsibility of the Key Accounts Director is to manage customer relationships for designated global accounts. They will be accountable for the company business conduct within assigned accounts. This will include developing and promoting account strategies, working with the customer's leadership team. As such experience of software account management and in particular financial services software and the associated life cycle is desirable. The Key Accounts Director will be expected to get to know the customer's business and company's role in it. Essential Skills & Experience;
