London office of US law firm seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their IT team.

The ideal candidate with have:

  • Solid experience in a BA position within a professional services or LLP environment (Legal, Accountancy, Insurance etc.)
  • Demonstrable experience in a 'business engaging' role
  • Excellent project and change management skills
  • Use of wire-framing and other analytical methods and tools to ensure stakeholder requirements are accurately captured and prioritised
  • Experience in the preparation of test plans and the ability to accurately test applications
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel, MS Query and SQL
  • Experience within the legal profession and products such as DMS/PMS would be advantageous

The developer will be working with a small high-performance team (4-5 people) on industry-leading insurance/reinsurance platforms. They will be exposed to the business (interacting directly with underwriters, actuaries, operations, analytics).
