A leading Online Gaming company based in the city of London are looking for an experienced Test Manager to join their talented, growing engineering team, leading a cross-functional team of 12 Test and QA Engineers.

The Test Manager will be an expert with test strategies and tools and will be responsible for defining the test strategy for some of the companies most high-profile gaming streams. You will be working closely with the Group CTO and various Engineering Managers, so will need to be able to manage stakeholders and speak to the business at a high level.

As a QA Manager, you will be experienced with:

  • Test management and strategy
  • Agile development methodologies
  • Working closely with enginering teams
  • Leading and mentoring teams of QA Engineers
  • Automation testing and planning, ideally from a hands-on background recently

You will be sitting within their cash equities function, specifically working within the High Touch team and be responsible for the support of their 5 main trading platforms.
