The Test Environment Leader will be responsible for the effective management of various Test Environments. This role will play a key part in delivering and implementing the Environment Strategy, maintaining software portfolio and ensuring environments are fit for purpose.
The ideal candidate will have
- Experience in a multi platform environment
- Proven leadership experience of managing and supporting teams
- Full understanding of software life cycle
- Able to establish effective working relationships with all levels of stakeholders and 3rd party suppliers Experience of test environment support
- Strong technical knowledge of Mainframe, Unix, Windows, WAS, Oracle and MQ Platforms
ITIL experience is highly desirable as well as
- Process Improvement and Lean experience
- Working with 3rd party testing providers (onshore or offshore)
- Financial services experience
