Leeds - Basic salary up to £60,000, plus excellent benefits package

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Lead Web Developer to join a market-leading organization, based from their Leeds head office. The Lead Web Developer will play a crucial role in the Agile development of brand new software, as well as building new capabilities within existing software, to better support business objectives and improve customer interaction. Working within an Agile delivery team, the Lead Web Developer will be responsible for the hands-on development, as well making key technical decisions, liaising with various internal stakeholders, and coaching other members of the development team. Working for a technology-focused organization, the Lead Web Developer will also be expected to keep up to date with the latest technologies, and encouraging the use of best practices across the team.

Key Requirements:
