Role: Business development activities along with geo sales to position solutions offerings with customer. Associate in this role will present the value of solutions to all levels of customer management, Understand customer requirements to tailor the solution, Analyse market requirements and emerging trends for incorporation in solution roadmap.
This requires cross-functional working with Marketing, Sales, & Solution Product Management.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE Over all 15 years’ experience in Solution Selling, with Proven Track Record in Pre Sales and in Having Sound Experience in Driving Deals. Candidate should be deft in evaluating competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies to apply sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners. Someone who can connect technology with market to conduct all phases of the sales cycle. Build and develop the business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer. Strong knowledge and application of fluency in articulating benefits and positioning of product, solution and services in reference to industry. Experience in one or more verticals like Manufacturing, Automobile, Energies & utilities, Media & entertainment, Healthcare, Transport and Logistics. Capability to front-end customer, with strong negotiation & consulting skills. Must be passionate about technology, learning & drive new concepts. Must possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills – both verbal and written. Must have Consultative skills, Documentation skills & share knowledge. Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high pressure job
