Job description

Roles:

  1. Candidate should log all service desk calls and tickets into the system for use by other technical support analysts.
  2. Take ownership of network tickets until resolution and ensure tickets are resolved at the specific time.
  3. Maintain a log of user accounts and passwords for company employees.
  4. Setup, install and configure computers, phones and applications for all the employees of the company.
  5. Perform post-resolution follow-ups to help desk requests.
  6. He/she should maintain backup files for company computers, phones, servers, and other technical devices.
  7. Resolve complex hardware, software, business system and network issues through active troubleshooting of the problems.
  8. Respond to support requests, troubleshooting, escalation management and problem resolution for customers and clients.

It will be highly advantageous if candidate also has Powershell like skill.
