This Business Analyst position is to work for an international organisation based in Birmingham who is currently looking for you to help with a range of digital IT projects. You will be joining a well-established company who are constantly looking for new ways to grow their business and meet the changing needs of their customer.
This role is to work on a range of digital projects looking at how the organisation is currently interacting with their customer and how they can do this better. For the role you will be expected to map out AS-IS and TO-BE, document functional and non-functional requirements and work on the full project life cycle. You will have to build relationships with all stakeholders across the business, ensuring you are comfortable to hold one to one meetings and workshops to gather your requirements and information for the programmes.
Who you'll be
For this role you must have experience of working on digital projects, understanding multi-channel approaches and customer experience optimisation. You must have to have worked in retail or customer focused organisation recently, understanding the culture of the industries through customer instore interactions and customer journeys. For this role you will be involved in the full project life cycle so experience of this is essential. Any Business Analyst certification or qualification will be highly beneficial.
