Digital Project Manager required for a leading E-commerce solutions provider in Oxford.

The Digital Project Manager will provide E-commerce consulting services including business requirements analysis, scope of work, detailed specification and estimates.

• Proactively managing projects from client brief through to implementation; liaising with the internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered on spec.
• Produce clear and accurate specification documentation.
• Produce estimates for work as outlined or specified
• Help with website, design, SEO and digital marketing
• Learn the features and functions E-commerce platform taking ownership for guides/manual
• Deliver customer training and feature update webinars
• Engage effectively with prospects capable of showcasing Red's platform and services
• Shadow on new project specs including delivery cycle and take responsibility for post live consulting, change documentation and account management
• Leverage digital marketing, web and E-commerce expertise to add value to our existing Customers

The Person

• A people person who naturally collaborates and enthuses those around them
• Experience at web/digital agency or similar and is used to being customer focused, juggling tasks, and working to deadlines.
• Has an excellent understanding of the web and related technologies.
• Hands on website design, HTML, CSS and setup of CMS's such as Wordpress, Kentico etc.
• Digital marketing consulting and delivery capability
• Confident liaising at all levels, both technical and non-technical
• Excellent planning and organisational skills
• Quality orientated attitude with attention to detail
• Native level English language skills
• Car and valid driving license
