Job description

Your new company
Established in the UK over 16 years ago this company is now a world leading online retailer and at the forefront of new technology. They have developed a unique end-to-end operating solution for their first class online retail brand and are keen to maintain their outstanding reputation in the global market. They understand that this can only be done by ensuring their focus is on helping their employees achieve ultimate job satisfaction through career progression, growth and recognition.

Your new role
As a Programme Manager you will initially be focusing on the GDPR Programme. This programme will likely be going on at least until the set implementation date of May 2018. You will not be required to purely manage GDPR projects as there will also be the need for you to also manage multiple projects across the business from HR, Finance, Information Security etc. This is a business-facing role from an IT perspective and you will be engaging regularly with members of the Board/Senior Stakeholders in the UK and internationally.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced business-facing Programme Manager, ideally from the retail or commercial industry. You will have working knowledge of GDPR programmes, though you do not need to be a 'guru' per se. Demonstrable experience in successful large programme delivery is important, as is the ability to communicate at senior/board levels while building and maintaining relationships across the business.

What you'll get in return
You will receive an attractive annual salary of £80,00 + a range of company perks & benefits. There is also the opportunity to progress your career within a market leading and prestigious global organisation with a keen focus on employee satisfaction.
