We are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our Operations team on a fixed term contract covering Maternity leave for 15 months with one months handover. Ideally we would like someone to start with us in August/early September 2017. The role also has the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
You will have experience in Project Management. Working collaboratively in a team of Project Managers, Business Analysts and Client Service Managers you will deliver several concurrent projects to time, budget and quality standard. You will need to demonstrate successful project delivery ideally in a supplier/software house environment using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. We require you to be client facing, highly organised and a strong leader. Ideally you will have Prince 2 or Agile qualifications or be working towards them.

As Head of IT your role will focus on 3 main things;
· Strategy- definition and delivery of a future proofing IT strategy for systems, application and infrastructure
· Transformation- standing up technical IT transformation programmes
· BAU- scoping what's in existence and maximising its best use
The Head of IT role will need to have a broad understanding of all elements of IT (Infrastructure, Networks, Data, ITIL etc, but will need a particular focus on Systems and Applications (development of etc). You will quickly gain an understanding of the current IT estate, and prioritise a programme of securing what's there, whilst looking at the planned migration to new platforms. This is a role with a big strategic focus. You will be expected to shape, build and deliver a fit-for-future IT estate.
The Head of IT will suit an individual with the following experience and traits;
· Technology- covering ERP Systems exposure, VMWare, AWS, Cisco Networking, SQL Databases
· Strategy- written and fully owned a strategy for IT
· Financial- full ownership of a sizeable IT budget
· Leadership- experience of leading large IT functions comprising of multiple skills (development, support, infrastructure)

A leading banking clients requires a hybrid Project Manager/Scrum Master on a contract basis.
A hands-on project manager/scrum master hybrid who can manage a small-scale proof of concept experiment between an external supplier, 1 to 2 merchants, a Point of Sale (POS) provider and client Payment Services. Must be comfortable working hands on as well as in a management and coordination capacity.
*Coordination of the integration of a third party supplier software with a Point of Sale device
*Support internal governance processes (supplier mgt, legal agreements, information security)
*Manage the production and distribution of promotional materials to support the proof of concept
*Coordination of experiment design (hypothesis, data collection, experiment execution)
*Collection of qualitative and quantitative data to observe against a set of hypothesis
*Coordination of recording of qualitative outputs for specific user journeys (feedback questionnaires, video of users in action)
*Summary and conclusion report writing and presentation
*Create and deliver reports to stakeholders on the progress of the project
*Hands on, agile and lean ways of working (not method reliant, but fast and lean in style)
*Able to communicate effectively between parties
*Willingness to work between Northampton and or London (Shoreditch/Canary wharf). Fleet is also an option.
Experience & Skills:
*Knowledge of payment systems (issuing/acquiring/Point of Sale devices)
*Experience with system integration coordination
*Ability to assist in scoping an experiment including ;
oscope experiment design
oidentify data collection
oanalyse experiment data
oSummarise and conclude outcomes
*Experience of running small scale proof of concepts/experiments/pilots or trial services with clients
