Looking for a workflow analyst to maintain and enhance workflows used, liaise with the Business Analysis team
Pensions Workflow Analyst with strong experience as an Analyst on large and complex application projects within an insurance, claim processing or pensions sectors.
You'll need solid experience of the project life cycle and be able to define and map a business process into a workflow. Experience of converting business requirements into high level technical solutions and specifications is essential, as is possessing strong skills in Process Mapping, Business Process Reengineering, & Business Process Analysis and the ability to use an electronic tool such MS Visio to capture an as-is business process.
