Key Tasks and Deliverables of the Agile Coach

  • Facilitating delivery in a hands-on role including, but not limited to:
    • Measure and track throughput and lead time for work items through complex value chains involving multiple teams

The programme will replace many of their current, ageing, custom built, Legacy commercial systems

The role:
The role will suit a proactive individual with demonstrated experience in Business Analysis with a focus on data analysis. 
*Ensure that the full impact of business change on integration and Dependent processes and systems is understood by carrying out structured analysis where necessary (eg documenting current and future business processes, data flow diagrams, data models, use cases, user stories, process flows, etc.)
*As required elicit the business requirements using appropriate techniques (interviews, analysis of current systems, workshops etc.)
*Understand the technical design of the 'Abstraction Layer' and ensure that the data transformation is consistent with this

Job Overview:

The role of the Technical Architect is to provide technical leadership in the support and provision of solid IT services, by doing so, improving reliability, availability, security and performance across all aspects of the IT landscape.
