Roles:

  1. Candidate should log all service desk calls and tickets into the system for use by other technical support analysts.
  2. Take ownership of network tickets until resolution and ensure tickets are resolved at the specific time.
  3. Maintain a log of user accounts and passwords for company employees.

This is a brand new position, as the support team has grown over the past year we are now in the position where we need to bring someone in to lead the team of around 20 on a daily basis. This will involve the usual man-management duties expected in a team lead position; holding 1 to 1s, setting targets & KPI's, along with an emphasis on workforce management, prioritizing workloads for members of the team and setting them up with which tasks to resolve & prioritize first.
