IT Application Support Analyst - Document Management Systems - iManage Filesite/Worksite
IT Applications Support Analyst required to join a large legal company based in Manchester on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate would have a background in IT/Technical Application Support - working with applications such as Legal Document Management Systems, Financial Applications, CRM, HR/Payroll Systems, ITSM, and SharePoint. 
Working across multiple platforms & technologies (Web, Desktop, Mobile, Virtual Desktop & Cloud), you will be expected to work with the Technical Applications, Operations and Infrastructure teams to ensure high-quality technical support is provided to the firm.
Technical Skills
*Experience of Application Analysis, Support and/or Packaging
*Managing application patching/upgrades
*Incident, Problem and Change Management
*Querying and troubleshooting SQL Server Databases

Job description

Technical Support Analyst required for a Tier 2 Investment Bank, based in London. Our client are looking to bring on board a Technical Support Analyst on a contract basis to provide technical support for their regulatory reporting platforms as they prepare for the move to MiFiD II. Paying between £400- £500 per day depending on experience. This role is initially for a 6 month contract with possibility of extension.

This role is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join their Regulatory Reporting team to support any queries/technical support issues that occur, you will need to be able to get to grips with this new platform quickly. You will have experience in supporting regulatory reporting, transaction reporting or compliance platforms and a sound Scripting knowledge.

Requirements:

·         Experience providing technical support to a platform working with regulations such as EMIR, Dodd Frank.

·         Strong Scripting capabilities in any variant - eg Python, Shell, Batch, Bash.

·         Good knowledge of ITIL processes such as Instant or Problem Management.

Technical support lead required. I am currently working with a Tier 2 Investment Bank in London, they actively looking for a Technical support manager/lead to work on their Transaction Reporting to manage their MiFIR reports.
