Skills Required:
· 8+ years of experience in automotive domain.
· Experience with Model based development and understanding of ISO 26262 Standards
· Hands on experience on automotive development projects (Requirements, Design, Development, Testing, Debugging)
· Worked in Autosar Development Project - hands on with Diagnostics Stack (configuration and integration)
· Knowledge of automotive diagnostics life cycle - Knowledge of Diagnostics standards - exmp ISO 14229
· Hands on with Matlab, Simulink for controls design and Targetlink for Code Generator
· Good to have Doors and RTC knowledge - change management knowledge
· Good to have if has experience on HIL testing
· Good to have if has experience for handling a team.
Role:
· Coordinating with various Stakeholders , gather requirements, plan the contents for milestones and lead the team.
· Involved in problem finding and providing solution for model based development and its Verification and Validation.
· Analysis of the Diagnostics requirements.

Role: Business development activities along with geo sales to position solutions offerings with customer. Associate in this role will present the value of solutions to all levels of customer management, Understand customer requirements to tailor the solution, Analyse market requirements and emerging trends for incorporation in solution roadmap.
This requires cross-functional working with Marketing, Sales, & Solution Product Management.
BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE Over all 15 years’ experience in Solution Selling, with Proven Track Record in Pre Sales and in Having Sound Experience in Driving Deals. Candidate should be deft in evaluating competition and develop appropriate winning sales strategies to apply sales and solution expertise, often in conjunction with Partners. Someone who can connect technology with market to conduct all phases of the sales cycle. Build and develop the business case, provide relevant and sound business & technical advice to the customer. Strong knowledge and application of fluency in articulating benefits and positioning of product, solution and services in reference to industry. Experience in one or more verticals like Manufacturing, Automobile, Energies & utilities, Media & entertainment, Healthcare, Transport and Logistics. Capability to front-end customer, with strong negotiation & consulting skills. Must be passionate about technology, learning & drive new concepts. Must possess excellent communication/interpersonal skills – both verbal and written. Must have Consultative skills, Documentation skills & share knowledge. Should have a great attitude towards work and must be willing to adjust with the demands of a high pressure job

Core Requirement – An SME who has worked in or with Automotive companies for 15+ years in a variety of roles including as a BA/ Enterprise Architect/Solutions Architect ideally across multiple areas of the value chain e.g. Supply Chain, Procurement & Logistics, Smart Factory, Sales & Marketing, After Sales Parts & Service as well as touched core technology areas like SAP, CRM, Legacy App Modernization, Connected Technologies (like Connected Car), IOT, Analytics and Agile. We don’t expect someone with all these experiences but we do expect someone who has touched multiple areas directly and has understanding of the others as well as a clear knowhow of the business outcomes of technology initiatives he has been a part of. We will narrow this down as we start interacting with profiles available in the market.
Good to have – If this SME has crossed over to other industries like CPG, Retail and maybe even hospitality/services industry where the heightened focus on areas like personalization, optimized logistics and maturity of B2B2C Commerce is significant, it will be great to have as he/she will be better able to leverage this knowledge to talk about future state during customer interaction.
General Elements – Should be high energy but Outcome based with a Consultative Mindset. Should have driven programs with measurable outcomes with large teams possibly in multi-vendor environments
